ArcadeGame.parts Return and Refund Policy

 

We are happy to accept returns of products, though please note that we may charge a restocking fee depending on the reason for return, and/or the condition of the item.

Items that are defective: No restock fee.

Items that are not defective: 20% restocking fee.

Items that are special order (not usually stocked): Returns not generally accepted.

The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

ArcadeGame.Parts will not refund any shipping fees paid during your return unless the item is deemed defective.
